- Job description:
- Opening and closing the store and ensuring its proper daily operation.
- Managing the store team: you will be the person in charge of maintaining the team's motivation and training them in the latest developments in our product so that they can explain it to our customers.
- Ensuring customer service and responding to their needs.
- Analysing sales based on our adapted indicators (KPIs).
- Candidate requirements:
- You must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position.
- You must have knowledge of sales/commercial KPIs.
- You must be a communicative person and transmit the excitement of our product to our clients, and you must work as a team.
- We need you to feel comfortable speaking in English or Spanish to serve our clients around the world.
