As an Assistant Store Manager at Dockers you will have the opportunity to work in an environment where change and ideas are celebrated. You will represent the brand image and values while working alongside the Store Manager to effectively manage the team and store operations.
Key parts of the role:
• Work with the Store Manager to achieve KPIs and implement business opportunities.
• Provide daily and weekly targets to the sales team to improve store results.
• Monitor KPIs and team performance by preparing reports and informing the Store Manager of action plans.
• Inspire, motivate and develop the team through training, coaching and product knowledge.
• Take responsibility for the store when the Store Manager is absent.

• Experience working with and driving KPIs and sales targets in a highly dynamic store environment.
• Previous experience managing store operations, stock and administrative tasks.
• Ability to motivate and drive the team to exceed KPIs
