- Request the Tax-Free form at the checkout.
- Go to the Infopoint with the Tax-Free form and your passport (only for Global Blue Tax-Free forms).
- Receive your refund on your credit card.
- Show the Tax-Free form, along with your purchases and passport, at customs to get the validation stamp.
- Send the stamped Tax-Free form to the service provider.
