At our Infopoint, we offer the Fast Refund Service, managed by Global Blue, which allows you to receive your VAT refund directly to your credit card, saving you from waiting in airport queues.

The refund process is quick and simple, requiring just three easy steps:

1. Request the tax-free form at the store.
2. Visit the Infopoint and provide the form to our staff along with your passport and credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Union Pay).
3. Receive your refund on your credit card within 3-5 days after the process starts.
4. Don't forget to validate your Tax-Free form at the airport and send it to Global Blue within 21 days.
