Develop and train teams by supervising their work and with good communication.
Ensure the correct operation of the Business Units. Execute the procedures
Compliance with objectives: customer satisfaction, personnel expenses, cost of raw materials, operational KPIs, attendance at training, etc.
Supervise and guarantee food safety protocols (HACCP).
Ensure the restaurant's conservation monitoring process as well as preventive cleaning maintenance.
Compliance with the daily tasks of the position: schedules, shrinkage, inventories, administrative management, etc.
PROFILE
- Experience in organized hospitality for more than 2 years, as a restaurant manager, or waiter/waitress in charge
- Mastery of customer service platforms, for taking orders, reservations, delivery
- Other languages are a plus
