No, the use of your wallet card is limited to selected establishments in your LIFEstyler center.
Do my points expire?
Yes, points expire 18 months after you receive them.
Does the money on the virtual wallet card expire?

Does the virtual wallet expire?
Yes, the virtual card will expire 4 years after its creation.
How are the points used?
They are exchanged in the APP for money that can be used when shopping at The Style Outlet centers.
How can I earn points on a purchase I have already made?
If something went wrong with your purchase due to a technical issue or because you forgot to scan your QR code in-store, you can earn points for purchases through the app.
You just need to keep your receipt and go to the LIFEstylers > My Receipts section, click "ADD NEW RECEIPT," fill in the required information, and add your receipt manually. This way, your points for purchases won't be lost and you'll be able to accumulate them. You can only add receipts within 15 days of the purchase date shown on the receipt. After these 15 days, you will no longer be able to accumulate points and you will see an error message such as "receipt not found."
The option to add receipts is only available through the app, not the website.
Only in the following cases, you must go to the Center's Information Point to add tickets, or request it through the WhatsApp channel; this means that these cannot be done through the app:
- When the receipt value exceeds EIGHT HUNDRED EUROS (€800.00).
- When it is a third receipt from the same store on the same day. The user may not add more than two receipts for the same store on the same day through the app.
- Participants must keep the proof of purchase(s), which the Center may request at any time and must submit them within fifteen calendar days of being requested. Failure to do so may result in the Center removing participants from the program who have not provided proof of purchase, and may even block their virtual card.
- Users who have trouble crediting points in person or through the app should visit the Center's information point or contact the infopoint staff via WhatsApp.
- If a business only uses electronic tickets, the user must visit the information point to have points added manually within 30 days of the purchase receipt, or contact the infopoint staff via WhatsApp.
- Points expire 12 months after receipt.
How can I earn points?
To earn points, just follow these simple steps:
Make a purchase at a Club Lifestyler participating store in the center.
- Option 1: Scan the QR code on your in-store tablet. Your points have now been added!
- Option 2: Keep the receipt and go to the LIFESTYLER section in the app > My Receipts and click "ADD NEW RECEIPT." Fill in the required information and add your receipt manually. This way, your points for purchases won't be lost and you'll be able to accumulate them. You can only add receipts within 15 days of the purchase date shown on the receipt. How do I get my virtual wallet card?
You can only get it through The Style Outlets APP and follow the steps indicated.
The requirements to be able to download the card in the Wallet are: not having another active card in your LIFEstyler center and having accumulated points for purchases for an amount equal to or greater the 60€*.

If I use a Giftcard to make my purchases, do I get points?
Yes, we will always give you one point for every euro spent in shops participating in the program.
Is there a minimum number of points to use the monero card for the first time?
Yes, all redemptions must be made in blocks of 150 points.
150 points = 5€
300 points = 10€
What happens if I bought with the wallet card and another credit card?
The shop will refund the amount charged to each of the cards individually.
What happens if I return a purchase made with the wallet card?
No problem! When the shop makes the return, the corresponding amount will be refunded to your card.
What is a LIFEstyler Center?
A LIFEstyler center is one that already belongs to the CLUB LIFEstyler. In these centers you can enjoy all that the Club offers you if you are a member: get discounts for purchases, accumulate points by scanning your QR code in stores and enjoy a lot of advantages. Please note:
- Every time you accumulate points for your purchases or interactions, you will be able to redeem them in cash with your LIFESTYLERS wallet card from your selected center.
- You can only have one LIFEstyler center but you can change it according to your preferences.
- The points earned in the LIFEstyler centers are cumulative but you can only redeem them for purchases through the LIFESTYLERS wallet card of your selected center. Remember that this card is unique per person and center, although you can have a different one for each center.
- Selecting a LIFEstyler center requires selecting it as a favorite center.
